Every developer's program has its own specific requirements. In general, the following conditions tend to apply for most programs. We review your specific situation during the free consultation.
- Your timeshare loan must be paid off, or very nearly paid off
- Your maintenance fees must be current — no delinquencies
- You must not have previously hired an attorney or exit company for this matter
- The timeshare must be in good standing with the developer
- No outstanding special assessments or unpaid fees
